71 firms rewarded for exceptional growth and innovation
In 2024’s booming mortgage market, the most innovative brokerages are thriving, with fierce competition as the industry contributes $2.9 billion annually and supports over 27,100 jobs.
Now in its fourth year, Australian Broker’s annual Fast Brokerages 2024 report has recognised 71 top-performing mortgage brokerages, with 45 from that list earning the title of Fast Starters for being in business for three years or less and exceeding expectations.
Achieving more than 20% growth in combined revenue and settlement volume in the 2022/23 and 2023/24 financial years, these firms have proven their ability to navigate a highly competitive market while expanding their services and improving client satisfaction.
Among the notable winners of the 2024 Fast Brokerages awards are;
Introjuce Capital Partners had leveraged decades of finance expertise and stood out for its commitment to clients beyond traditional working hours.
Managing director Luca Guerra said the brokerage prioritised building personal relationships, understanding clients’ businesses, families, and advisors, to ensure a unified approach to financial goals.
With a focus on transparency, honesty, and exceptional service, Introjuce relied on referrals rather than advertising to drive growth.
7G Finance, founded by Gina Antonowicz in October 2022 after working for one of Australia’s big four banks for 25 years, has seen impressive growth.
Antonowicz said the brokerage empowered clients through organisation, strong processes, and technology, delivering a highly personal experience with continuous communication and dedicated support throughout the mortgage process.
Client First Wealth achieved 110% growth by focusing on swift, effective service, with each deal generating two referrals on average.
Finance specialist Sean Taylor said the company relied entirely on repeat and referral business, avoiding marketing efforts.
As the firm expanded, it planned to maintain high referral rates and grow the team with additional junior brokers and support staff.
